BDO has been outfitting in south central Kansas for eight successful seasons. We are a family orientated business all working on a common goal and that is a clients success.

BDO currently has between 12000-15000 acres of the best whitetail hunting in the world. Our staff are all seasoned hunters that know these properties like their own back yards. Our staff spends hundreds of hours every year preparing and studying changes in crop rotation and other habitat changes to ensure your trip will be a memorable one.

Bill Suenram Owner, a life long Kansas resident and avid sportsman - has grown up prowling the woods and river bottoms of south central Kansas. An avid bow hunter and water fowler and a recovering coon hunter, Bill spends an enormous amount of time outdoors every year.






Kim Suenram, A life long hunter from out West, has been guiding for us full time since 2003. Kim's organizational skills, attention to detail and extensive knowledge of hunting make him a favorite guide of returning clients.






Doug Edwards The Bigdog's best buddy and hunting partner since the ripe old age of 8. Doug's intricate knowledge of this area and our properties, also his ability and determination to recover a wounded animal and his ability to just always get things done make him an invaluable part of BDO





Mike Kendall A lifelong Kingman County resident with a lifetime of bow hunting experience. Mike has harvested some monster whitetails and now uses his skills and knowledge to help ensure our clients success.





Bryan Suenram AKA the Little Dog Will be assisting in his third season. Bryan's love of the outdoors and eagerness to help and learn will make him the future of BDO.






Doc As a 12 year muzzle loader client equipped with a vast knowledge of our properties and his attention to detail Doc is a huge guiding asset to BDO






Charlene And Dillon Suenram, Charlene runs the Kingman lodging show. Her meals have been a longtime favorite of many a BDO client.She is also now an accomplished bow hunter - harvesting a nice mature whitetail buck this past season. Along with Dillon's assistance, they strive to make sure your every need is taken care of.

The application period for the 2012 nonresident deer permit draw is April 1 - 27, 2012. Nonresident hunters, regardless of age, must have a nonresident hunting license.

Special Extended Firearm Whitetail:
Jan. 14 - Jan. 20, 2013 (UNITS 7, 8, AND 15 ONLY)
Shooting Hours:
One-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.
